How do I add media to my profile or group page?

Adding media to your profile or group page maximises the chances of a client booking you by giving them the opportunity to see how you look and sound when you perform. Note: the media you add to your individual profile will not be added to your groups, and vice versa. 

Jobs which require media

Jobs which require Video or Audio or Video to be added to your profile before sending an application are marked like this:

To add Youtube or Vimeo videos to you profile

  1. Head to your profile or group page
  2. Click on the 'Media' tab
  3. Copy and paste YouTube or Vimeo URLs into the appropriately labelled boxes
  4. Click 'Add'

To add Soundcloud

  1. Head to your profile or group page
  2. Click on the 'Media' tab
  3. Copy and paste a track, artist, or playlist URL into the Soundcloud box
  4. Click 'Add'

Note: make sure you are not using an embed link URL as this will not upload correctly. 


To add mp3s

  1. Head to your profile or group page
  2. Click on the 'Media' tab
  3. Scroll down to 'Add MP3' files (see screenshot below).
  4. Click add files and select which mp3 files you'd like to upload
  5. Click 'Start all uploads' 

Private recordings

If you would like to make your mp3 recordings private to the public, you can add a Private recordings passcode. You can then choose who you would like to disclose this passcode to (e.g. potential clients or collaborators). 

To do so, simply enter a memorable passcode into the form and click 'Save'.


Adding images to your photo gallery

Images are a great way to display your previous performances and showcase your professionalism. 

  1. To add images simply head to your Media tab and scroll to the bottom section. 
  2. Click "Add files" to upload any PNG or JPEG image files.
